Turning Blunt Bangs into Side Bangs?

Question

Okayy, so I think I'm getting blunt bangs today (I have side bangs that are a little past my nose). I've wanted them for awhile, but I'm SO scared that I won't like them.

I want to get them so its almost like they're too long, because I've seen them short and I don't like it, I want it like a little past eyebrow level.

Anyway, I've been told I will look good with them, heres a pic:

If I don't like them, can I turn them into side bangs. If I do can I bring like more hair over or something so they look like what I have now?

I'm getting it done in 1 30 minutes, aha.

go with the bangs, and leave them down...don't go for the side bangs

sorry but i cant even see it in the pic.  if you keep them long, you will be able to side sweep them again if you don't like it.

Sure you can. I always get a blunt bang them change it into a side bang.  Wehn it grows out a little. But you can do it right away if you dont like it.

I agree with most you can cut a blunt bang, but if you don't like it you may have to wait about a month to get new growth to slant it again.  I say go for it.  Blunt bangs are really in now.

my friend got it done but about a month later it had grewn so she got side bangs.

you could ask the hairdresser to cut it long to see if it suited you first. i personnaly think it would.

also, if you straighten them the get a bit longer so you may be able to push them to the side.
