Turning left at the main intersection, legally maxium how many cars can pull ahenad into the intersection?

Is it depending on how much space of the intersection, or always maxium 1 and half car can pull ahead into the intersection?

Here in Wisconsin  the answer, technically, is: None.  The logic behind it lies with the possibility of Emergency vehicles may need to get through the intersection while on the crossing road you're turning onto.  If they are trying to get through, you're in the way. (oops)

However, most people creep out into the open area anyway.

Depending on what state you are in will probably determine the answer to your question.

Here in Washington State, it is illegal to cross the limit line into the intersection until you can make your left turn and completely clear the intersection without stopping.  We have a large amount of left turn arrows so this law is not a big deal.  

I would suggest that you check with your local DMV or police department, but if there is one car in the intersection, you should wait until they clear the intersection before you cross the limit line in case the light turns red.  If not, you could be cited for running a red light.

the line across the intersection is where you are to stop you are not to stop in the middle thro most do it.... and thats everywhere and if they wanted to the cops could give a tricket if you there when the light changes for running a red light and if your twon has the red light cams then it will get you any ways

I saw a comedian who was ranting about bad drivers, and this was part of his rant. "When taking a left at a green light, three drivers can pull into the intersection so they can all go when it turns yellow. THREE DRIVERS can pull into the intersection when taking a left turn. THREE DRIVERS PULL INTO THE INTERSECTION!  HOW MANY DRIVERS AUDIENCE!?!?!?  FRIGGIN THREE!!!"
