Question:

Turning my sadness into anger?

ever since the death of my bunny (i know you guys are probably thinking, "it's just a bunny what's the big deal?") but i loved my bunny and ever since it died i've been really sad and turning my sadness into anger and just going off on my family especially my little sister. how do i stop this?

  1. It's totally normal..it's one of the stages of grieving.  You'll get through this, good luck to you!

    Stages of grieving:

    Denial (this isn't happening to me!)

    Anger (why is this happening to me?)

    Bargaining (I promise I'll be a better person if...)

    Depression (I don't care anymore)

    Acceptance (I'm ready for whatever comes)


  2. i'm sorry for your loss.  i know what a loss of a pet can do to you.  a death whether human or pet, you go through stages~~denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance...don't force yourself through these.  i hope that you family can understand your sadness.
