I know 120hz capable tvs have the option of turning that trumotion function on or off so my question is.....

when you turn it off, are you getting the same type of picture that you would get on a normal 60hz tv?

Having that option would be great for me.

  1. Personal prefrence. Is 120 better? You bet your tail it is. But, Its all up to you. Dont read what other people say. There probly the same idiots that buy monster products too.

  2. A 120 Hz TV always displays at 120 frames/sec.

When you turn interpolation off, you simply ask the TV to do frame repeat. (each frame is displayed twice)
