Turning the page sideways when I write?

Question

I always turn my page sideways to write but I was just told no to do it. Why not? I do it because it makes my handwriting nice looking and a little slanted. I like it, why should I not turn it sideways?

I don't see any reason why you can't turn your page. As long as it's legible you do what you like. s***w those guys!

Sideways is ok! they are just jealous.

I've been writing that way for 15+ years, and have had no problems...why shouldn't you?
