  1. Perform an engine swap, scour the junkyards for defunct lawn mowers, chances are the engine will bolt right in and you'll notice an immediate increase in torque. Seriously. it's a freaking 1.1 Liter engine, why bother?

  2. your 1.1 93 Fiesta will be rev limited by valve bounce.

To improve it, you will need to put in hardened valves, stiffer springs and a hi-lift cam. You'll need to increase the fuel flow with larger carb needles ( or increase the fuel pressure if its a single point injection system ) and you'll have to advance the timing. You will need free-flow air filters and probably a larger bore exhaust. You will also porbably need to gas flow the head to get any benefit and avoid turbulance.

You will also need to inform your insurance.

Your car will drink petrol will very little different to acceleration.

It'll blow up after 5K miles

    save your £750

  3. please don't, it's not flattering, go to some motershows like maxpower (do they still do that) to learn more

    just buy a better car

    xx

  4. get a different engine revs are based on limitation of many things in the engine

  5. What exactly do you mean?

What are you trying to achieve?

Do you mean the tickover is too slow?
