In attempting to locate warrantee or recall information using the Manufacturer name and address, I found there was no such thing. I have just sent the following email off to Jayco manufacturer: I have a 2006 Jayco Eagle 5th wheel that came with a High Pointe Microwave model #EM925BSC installoed. Now, the turn table continues to run after the Microwave has finished cook time. I am trying to contact the manufacture High Pointe, 2617 N. Great Southwest Parkway, #100, Grand Praire, TX 75050 for warantee or recall information. Problem that I am having is that the Chamber of Commerce located in Grand Praire TX has told me that this company has never exsisted at that location in their city. So, please inform me as to whom I may contact concerning this High Pointe Microwave. Thank you
