Turquoise color components - blue or green???

how much blue and green mixture makes up the turquoise color?

i mean is it, 2parts green with 1part blue OR 1part green with 2parts blue?

2 parts blue and one part green will give you turquoise. You'll have to add white for the depth of color you want, though. The other mixture of 2 parts green to one part blue would give you teal.
