Turtle eye color?

Is it normal for a red ear sliders eyes to be blue? yellow?

The eye is striped, with a black center. Pale blue colors can indicate shedding problems, blindness, eye problems, etc. while dark blues may just be a trick of the light, a thin film of oil, etc.

Take him to a vet... it should be shiny black...
