What is the most important concept about tutoring other students that all tutors should be aware of? Consider this tutor working at a community college. The question is not discipline specific.

be as creative as you can to exlain stuff to other students. They're already having a hard time in the classroom, don't nake tutor time an extention to their agony, make learning fun to inspire them to learn more with you.
