Tutor Time Child Care Center?

I'll be starting at Tutor Time childcare soon, they use DAp and Galielo assement tool, can anyone who works at Tutor Time give me some examples as to how Teachers do the Curriuclum, is it Online? Do Teachers have to write it monthly, weekly? How do Teachers use the curriuclum for each childs individualizzed needs? Because they do DAP. Do Teachers write out the curriculum themselves, or is it all online, please explain?????

cant really individualized it.  no room for creativity, not alot of time for planning...good luck!
