i think the best way to learn is to find a personally tutor who can sit right next to you and explain concepts that way. I am a tutor and based on my experience, it is best to have an interactive session where I ask my students questions and they explain things back to me. I think that's very hard to achieve through online tutoring.  And especially difficult  for a visual learner who needs to see everything on paper.

Find a local tutor.

Its not free. It is not so much helpful either.
