Tutor time visit by father?

My daughter is being enrolled in tutor time daycare by her mother (my ex-wife). Would I, as the father, be able to go and spend time with my daughter when she's at the day care? Would the people there give me problems if I want take her out or ask for her? How does that work?

That is something you need to work out with your ex...make sure that your name is on the enrollment information as well..that way the school has it's bases covered if there is a dispute between you and your ex...also each school has different rules for visiting...go for enrollment and find out.

If you have joint custody, you should be able to visit, (in the center)anytime,

you should only be able to take her out during your scheduled visitation time, you have to be put on the release to... list

You won't be able to!  The Mother drops her off and they won't release her to you.  Why would you need to see her there?  You should have visitation rights and if not, then they will probably call the Mother and police on you!

My nephew use to attend Tutor Time and they have a very strict policy when it comes to the children. Unless your ex-wife advises them that you’re one of the people that can come pick your child up or see your child there they will not let you near your child. If she does put you down then yes you can go there and pick your daughter up or even stop in for a visit provided you show proper ID. Tutor Time has a security system in place so you can't just walk in. See if you ex-wife will list you as a contact in case of an emergency/someone that has permission to come in contact with the child. Check out their website and it will explain things to you. Once you're on the website click on our schools and it will tell you about security and who can and can't come in contact with each child. daycare centers are limited to parental visitations..why not plan a special time with her during the week.

there shouldnt be a problem as long as you and ex dont have that kind of conflict.  im sure your on the emergencey card.  the daycares my kids were in never had an issue due my ex and i getting along
