Tutorial for making a FTP with visual C# 2008?

i've been searching and searching and searching, but I cant seem to find a tutorial that will go through the steps of making a FTP with visual C# 2008, the only thing that I find are just documents that are EXACTLY the same and they just tell me what to do, not how to do it.

do if anyone knows a tutorial for what I need, PLEASE post the website here
