Tv Switchs off automatically

Question

I have a Sony Trinitron - KVG21Q1.

When i switch on the TV. Audio comes on then the tv turns off within a
few seconds automatically. Some times there is a thin horizontal
silver line in the middle of the screen. (There is no problem with the
Tube, It works fine). Also none of the red lights in front panel
blinks.
