Tv Tuner card?

recently bought a HDTV Thriller PCI Card and I noticed the video quality sucks on cable channels not only that when I plug my xbox 360 video cables in it looks even worst, I'm not sure if anyone else has this card or not but is anyone else have the same problem? is it because I need windows vista?

    I don't have the card you do but I am running Vista 64 bit with a Gforce 6200 video card. I have a 19" Acer LCD monitor. I have a Sabrent SBT-TVFM TV Tuner/Video Capture/FM Radio PCI Card with Remote Control.

    My quality is good but not great. Certainly watchable but not as "perfect" as I was expecting.
