Tv Tuners

I just bought a Samsung 32" LCD tv, specificallly the LN32A330. I was looker over the specs again and noticed that Samsungs wedsite says that it only has a NTSC type tuner. Does this mean my tv needs a set top box for digital cabel? and can i get over the air HD broadcasts???
