I got this old tv and when i connect it to cable i only get twelve channels it is an RCA Entertainment serries GuidePLus gold gymstar?

  1. you will have to get in the menu and do a channel scan


  2. You'll have to get into the menu, find the set-up for tuning your channels, select CATV as opposed to TV, then do a channel scan. As long as you make the switch to CATV, the scan isn't necessary.
