Tv and dvd will not work in my car?

i have just got a audi rs6 c5 model,the tv wont come on and the dvd player in the back wont give any sound out,the picture is there i know im doing something wrong but what

if there are screens in the front they usually dont come on unless the car is stopped so not to distract the driver while driving, the screens at the back should have two inputs/outputs, one for sound the other for video. make sure these are in the screens correctly and also in the back of the unit.
