Tv code for uverse remote

i have a 42" Sylvania hdtv lcd TV. i am also a uverse technical support agent. there are absolutely no codes that work for my tv with the uverse remote that I have been able to find. The install tech was also unable to get it programmed. I am open for any suggestion for 4 digit codes to get it programmed to my remote control.
