Tv from comet?

hi there i got a lcd tv from comet on credit they said they woulnd send me the payment card though the post in 7 days i waited 1 month put no card so i rang them they said there was no balance oweing so i went into the shop were i got it from they said it will come in a couple days i waited month again rang them up again they said there is nothing on the computer saying u had a tv wot do i do
