Tv no pic or sound

Question

my rca 32V434T 32" television picture went out last night led light stayed on unpluged it for about 30 min then pluged it back in than turned it on led light blinked for about 10 seconds and became solid but have no picture or sound would this be a bad transformer or something else any suggestions appreciative
