Hi,i have purchased mt TV model number 32fs4d on 14 march 2007 from Good Guys Highpoint, victoria. and i have already sent my TV for repair for 4 time since august 07. and as if now my TV is again with the company and now as per the company they will replace my TV. But its since 20 days now i have not listen any thing from companies side. everytime i give a call to them they just say we will forward your file to our manager and then our manager will look into this.
