Tv repair of Samsung standard tv. I have a standard samsung tv, when I am changing the chanels

I have a standard samsung tv, when I am changing the chanels with the remote controler as well on the buttons that are located at the front of the tv, it stays on the same chanel where it was. This lasts the first 15 minutes after the tv is switched on.What can be the problem?
