Tv show in the '90's about a king and his sons?

it was called something like Kingdom cross, there were three brothers, the youngest was always getting in trouble and it was all during the renaissance. The king and queen had some romance going on. This is so vague I know...but there can't have been many of these types of programs on prime time American television in the '90's
