Tv stand and computer desk combo??! Plz help!?

Ok, I'm really annoyed looking for this. I want something tall like a stand with an opening in the center for my computer and an opening at the top for my tv to sit above my compter. It looks like an entertainment center except there's only two openings and one is right above the other. Does anybody have one and can tell me where to purchase it at?

I'm also looking for a combo TV/computer stand, but not quite the same configuration.  I want it to primarily be a TV stand (so lower to the ground than a desk), but I use my TV as a computer monitor (for watching movies) so I need it to have enough space below (or next to) the TV to house a desktop computer (with proper ventilation, etc.)  I cannot find any TV stands that are configured to allow for this setup.  I will not be using it as a desk at all, and have no need for keyboard/mouse setup. Has anyone seen one?
