Tv surround sound?

how do i hook up my surround sound if the tv has no output audio jacks.....im trying to hear tv through the suround sound speakers.

If you are using a cable box or satellite box, send the audio to the surround unit. If you are running straight cable to your TV, then you are going to have some difficulty.

The only reasonable option would be to remove the speaker wires from the speakers in your TV (inside) and extend them to a speaker-level to line-level converter. (available at Radio Shack)

Then connect RCA cables from the converter to your surround unit. If you are uncomfortable taking your TV apart, any TV shop could do it for you, and it shouldn't be expensive.
