Tv switches source channel without warning

Question

while watching sky on my samsung lcd tv through the source ex1 channel it will suddenly without any command being given change to the dtv channel sometimes it will switch itself back but other times i have to use the remote to change it back to ex1 this happens quite regular, can you give any advice, i got the tv 3 weeks ago and apart from this hickup iam really pleased with this product
