  1. sorry

    but no

I get home from work about 8p

I will need to go through my mail while I am making dinner

I cant read or make dinner in the dark PLUS my stove is electric

  2. No!

  3. h**l no i won't go.

  4. 26 did you say...? TRY AT LEAST 370 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES buddy!

At least 30 countires at last count, and more than 370 cities and local areas have joined, Melbourne Australia, it's 8:50 now, lights back on in 10 mins, well done to all involved in Melb.

  5. nah. Flicking off a couple of lights has about as much effect on the whole picture as spitting in Lake Superior.

Pointless gesture. Leave the light on and write letters demanding more research funding for fusion, or some other technology that might have the potential to make a real difference.

  6. This proves how people are in the dark

  7. no i won't be participating, i refuse to follow the lead of 26 cities run by obvious fools.

  8. i did do it, it was cool we shut everything off by turning off the power box. we had a timer to tell us when it was up.

  9. I'm rebbelling big time........

I'm gonna turn ON every light, leave the furnace on 90 with the windows open, leave the freezer/fridge door open and sit outside in my v10 ford excursion revving the engine for an hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • . By da way I 'll get some rednecks toghether to play tug of war with pickups to see how much tire smoke/exhaust we can produce.

    DIE ENVIRONMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  10. Sorry, the page you requested was not found.

Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization. If you're having trouble locating a destination on Yahoo!, try visiting the Yahoo! home page or look through a list of Yahoo!'s online services. Also, you may find what you're looking for if you try searching below.

thats what your link goes to.

  11. No. Absolutely not. Nobody controls my life (accept for my parents who raise me but not much anymore).

  12. Why?  It's like waving a red Communist flag - it won't achieve anything but will serve to reinforce 'group-think'.

Think rationally for a moment.  The last Ice Age ended 12,000 years back.  In that time, the glaciers have melted back 2,000 miles, the oceans have risen hundreds of feet, we now have millions of acres of green, thriving land that were once crushed under a mile of deadly ice.  All this warming and greening occured before man ever became industrialized.

If we stop ALL our machines, permanently, the Earth will continue on its thousands of years long warming cycle.  Or, the next cooling cycle may have already started.  We are insignificant compared to the Sun's energy fluctuations.

  13. yeah i heard about it. i think its a pretty cool idea.

    btw your links not working.

but yeah my lights gonna be off.

[is houston one of the cities?]
