Twilight, Summer Reading?

here is what im asked to do for my summer reading and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas

Choose a passage or quote from your book that captures the “essence,” or true meaning, of the novel. Illustrate this quote as creatively as you can on a piece of blank paper. On the back, type 3-4 sentences explaining how this passage is the one, perfect quote to define the book’s theme.

if anyone could just give me a quote that says the theme of the book that would be great (i think i need the page number too), and outstanding if someone explains why its a good one to use ^.^

thanks,

  1. There's plenty of moments in the book (I'm not sure where or the exact quotes and I don't own Twilight, so you'll have to look for yourself). If you have the book and you've read it, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Edward is constantly reminding her that he's dangerous to her, that it's wrong for her to love someone/something like him, and she isn't fearful of him. There's also that cute little exchange at the end, I believe it was something like; "You are my life now." That simple quote, I think, has a strong impact.

The book's about unconditional, irrational love. A human falling in love with a creature, a vampire, that can kill her without her having the time to blink. And yet, despite knowing all of the dangers, she can't tear away from him, she refuses to leave him despite all of the warnings he clearly leaves her with. And so, the book's message is about love knowing no boundaries, true love.
