1. It means that Twilight is the safest time for the vampire to come out. Its sad to them because its the end of another day to the vampires and it's nearly night time (i think they hate the night, but am not sure)

2. I think Edward is talking to Bella because she wants to become a vampire. He is saying to her that your life hasn't even started and your already trying to end it to become one of us. He believes that vampires don't have souls, so he thinks Bella is risking her soul.

3. Its the ending of another day and that a day always has to end? lol what else?

2. i dont think thats exactly how it goes but he means if she becomes a vampire that will be the last twilight as a human
