Twilight Collector's Edition?

is the collector's edition for a limited time offer or are they always gonna have it? also what's the difference between this version and the original? thanks!

i don't know how long they are going to have it. but i think it comes with fake tattoos and a new cover for twilight, maybe. other than all 4 books in one set i don't think all that much is different.
