  1. Well I think all the characters are okay except Edward (robby looks mentally retarded), but I guess might as well give the guy a chance, and Rosalie, she isn't as pretty as she is in my imagination. i was thinking of Hayden pannatierre or wahtever...

other than that, they chose gr8 charcters, Kristen Stewart is AWESOME!!! and Taylor Lautner is my new boyfriend. yes he is i dont care what they say ;) lol.

yea I'm on Team Jacob, I used to be on teamedward when i saw robby, but now i changed after i read breaking dawn.

  2. I enjoyed the first book, quite enjoyed the second one but got a bit tired of Bella's moping over Edward, found the third one a bit dull, and the last one very strange, with a very tame ending.

I personally think the later books would have been more interesting if there had been more suspense over whether Bella prefered Edward or Jacob, if she had been more torn between them there would have been more drama, not knowing which one she would choose etc.  And I frankly found Jacob imprinting on Bella's baby a bit weird, and the ending was all too easy and cosy.

From what I rememeber of the boy who's playing Edward, he is gorgeous enough for the part, but what the film will be like otherwise remains to be seen.

  3. i think the book are very good. the overall plot could be a little better but the way that she writes, with humor, makes them a worth-while read. the movie though will take away from the books. For one thing, most of the characters that were cast are wrong, they just aren't what people have in their imagination. also the actors should be good becasue almost all of them have starred in big movies but its a low-budget film so it won't be one with amazing effects which could make or break thsi film.

  4. I think Robert is going to be great in the movie. I honestly do. He can play a cold hearted character and do it well.

Of course, Edward is trying to save Bella. He doesn't want her with him, yet he loves her and can't live without him.

I love the books. I love vampires and I love the thought of them being vegetarian. It gives them a bit of uniqueness to them.

The problem I have with the book is that bella whines to much. She goes on and on about how beautiful he is. He is beautiful but when your life is endangered I think you should be thinking about coming out alive instead of how beautiful edward is.

I haven't read new moon yet, but I think from what I've heard is that edward left bella to save her but I'm not sure. I have only read Twilight and Eclipse, I know. But they are the only ones I can find right at this moment.

  5. I LOVE THE SERIES!

    AND EDWARD CULLEN!

i hope the movie will go well

    Edward fits Stephenie's description perfectly

i just think that the movie will never live up to the series

  6. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE BOOKS!! which is strange for me cause i'm normal not a fan of reading or fantasy books.

    but yer..LOVED THEM!!

errr the movie i'm not so keen on but would still love to go see. i no it want be anything like the amazing books but i'm going to go view it as if it were a fanfic or youtube tribute video someone has made and not let the characters in the movies creep into my head and become the way i view my vision of my beloved characters :D

  7. It will be its own movie while staying loyal to the books.

  8. well i love the books there plain amazing.

now the movie is different they can't make it egsacilly like the books i mean there trying there hardest people must understand that. they can't find a perfect edward i mean he's a fictional character and they have to change something if they don't it's like illegal! and it will be soo boring knowing egsacilly what will happen next. but the movie will not be good there budget isn't good!!! anyhow i will go see the movie to make fun of it =P

  9. I think that Twilight is an AWESOME book, but i kinda agree with you on the movie. There was this one part where Rob was like, "I had an adrenaline rush. It's very common. You should Google it." after bella asked him how he stopped the car. but i still REALLY want to see it. I think the "horror" aspect of the film will make it really good! I love it when Alice rips Jame's head off on one of the "Behind the Scenes Twilight." HILARIOUS!

  10. Hah. You think the movies are going to be cheesy? The books are cheesy for god's sake!

So the lion fell in love with the lamb.

    Forever.

    You are my life now.

    Can someone say cheesy?

    The books are horrible.

Edward  only loves Bella because of her blood.

Bella only loves Edward because he's gorgeous.

There's no other reasons for their relationship.

  11. I love the Twilight series! It's so romantic and it's a great read.

I'm really excited to see the movie, but I don't like some of the actors chosen to play the characters. I pictures Alica and Laurent much differently, but the rest of the cast is perfect.

And I love Robert as Edward. He looks exactly how I pictured him. I don't really like his voice, though, when he doesn't speak in his English accent. I don't like Kristin's voice, but their appearances are perfect.

  12. i think the movie is going to be good

but i just hope that they don't ruin anything

SM said that they add a couple of new things to it so i am kinda curious to see what they are like.

but if there not any good im going to be very disappointed.

  13. I enjoyed Twilight moderately, only because I appreciated Meyer's style. But New Moon was absolutely God-awful.

I can only stand so much love-triangle-ness before I start to go mental. I feel like there isn't any urgency in the series, like the only reason to keep reading is to see who Bella chooses. And that irritates me. There isn't anything else to the books that I was able to see, besides the classic "resist thine own temptations" kind of stuff, and the parallels to Romeo and Juliet that get hammered into the face.

Also, it is ridiculously chaste and abstinent.

I will probably not read the remainder of the series, and don't plan on seeing the movie.

I'm not Meyer's target audience though.

  14. Books are almost always better than movies.  If you read and liked the book, you can still enjoy the movie, just be aware, there will most likely be some differences.
