Twilight deck. for my sister.Please rate?

hello iam trying to build a twilight deck for my sister please rate and suggest what i should change. all suggestion will be put into thought.

Unfortunately i won't be able to get:

-Destiny draws

-DADs

- allures (I have them in my deck)

I want them bad but they are to expensive.

I want to be able to use this deck in regionals

I think its very well put together, I would use doomsday rather than goats since you can tribute. I'd get rid of the Saku for a second PWWB or Raigeki break, or even bottomless traphole. Also if you have an extra D-hero DIsk Commander, or can get one, he would really spped the deck up, with LaDD (even though Kuraz is still a beautiful choice). I do kinda think Fear monger is useless though. He can only bring back one monster, and even if he does it doesn't help you that much. I won't suggest getting two malicious's cuz their costy, instead I think you should replace Fear monger with either a second Dasher or a Evil hero infernal prodigy. He can work wonders in a deck like this (I use a LaDD Perfect Circle deck, and his ability is atrociously helpful.) So when it's all said an done my changes are:

- Fear Monger

+ Evil Hero Infernal Prodigy/Destiny Hero Dasher

-Sakuretsu Armor

+ PWWB/Raigeki Break/Bottomless Traphole

+ D-hero D.C.

Ok among returning I see you've made some changes, which are very good. Above in your question, if you meant can you use Doomsday tokens for LaDD then the answer is unfortunately no, because LaDD is a light monster in your hand, and only becomes dark once he is summoned.
