Twilight - does Edward tell Bella that he loves her?

He finally says the exact words, in chapter 17, "The Game" on page, 366.  Hope I helped :)

Yes he does say it on page 366.  I have my book with me. here is the exact quote.  

Edward:  "I love you." .."It's a poor excuse for what I'm doing, but it's still true."  

It is close to the top of the page.

Yes. He actually says "I love you" towards the end of the book. he says it many times to her, though, just not in those exact words.
