i got a dialogue box from the girl in the fishing hole asking which picture is cutest (looked at pictures in shop) does that have any significant impact and tell me what each option does please.

Nope it won't affect anything.

If you pick Iza, the girl with the Afro, she'll tell you you have a weird taste. If you pick her picture, she'll tell you you don't have to be that nice, or something around there. And if you look at them again, she'll call you silly, because the real her is standing over there.
