Twilight question?

I may be the last person on earth to not know what this is...but what is this Twilight that everyone is talking about? What is it about?

I only know because it's a bestseller at Borders.  Twilight is about the vampire culture, romance, and of course, intrigue.  I even see high schoolers reading this novel, I haven't read it yet.  I did hear it's pretty s**y and racy.... titillating and erotic is what I was told.

Twilight is an award winning book series by Stephenie Meyer.It is about a girl named Isabella Swan who moves to the small town of Forks,Washington.While there she meets her true love Edward Cullen.The only problem is that Edward and his "adopted" family are really a coven of vampires.But the vampires only feed on animal blood.But all of the other vampires feed on human blood.Isabella's blood smells so deliciously good that almost every vampire can't resist her.So it is Edward and the rest of the Cullen's job to keep her safe and alive.It is now being made into a movie which will be released in December.

twilight is a book about edward and bella. edward is a vampire and bella is not. they want to be together but certain things come between them. bella wants to become a vampire so she can stay with edward forever, but edward won't change her.
