ok i was wondering if their is going to be a twilight graphic novel/comic ?? because on the official jacob black myspace it shows pics of an anime jacob and bella ............

No, not that I no of anyway.

SM is not planning to write/make one any time soon.

Those pictures are just for fun that fans have created.

One of my friends actually drew one exactly like that but didn't put it on the net

There are no plans to make a "Twilight" graphic novel or manga (yet).  The pics you saw were from the Japanese editions of "Twilight".  In the Japanese edition they have a couple of manga-like images that appear after several pages of just Japanese text.  So, its not really a manga, its just a novel with a few illustrations every now and then.  The link below will show you some of the comic images.

first of all, that person has their images set to private.

Second, the anime pictures are from the Japanese versions of the books. I think if you wanted to get them you'd have to order from a Japanese source.
