what book is it that when jacob kiss bella and then bella got fustrated and slap in and she broke he arm and edward have to come and tell jacob to back off...??

That would be Eclipse. Jacob tried to kiss her, so she waited for him to finish and then punched him in the face, breaking her hand while he wasn't even bruised. charlie took Jake's side, congratulating him for trying, while edward came to pick up Bella to have her hand examined by Carlisle and threatened Jake about trying it again.
