I heard that SMeyer was going to kill off one of the Cullen's, and like in her first drafts she killed this Cullen off.

Does anyone know who that was, or was it just a rumor?

In Breaking Dawn, none of the Cullen's die.

The Twilight Series is over, but do you mean in one of the ones that she MIGHT write from another person's perspective? I doubt she would kill one of the Cullens off. She really really loves her characters. If she DID kill someone, she would probably do it to one of the lesser characters. Plus, there isn't much danger for them anymore. Everything tied up in a nice little bow at the end of Breaking Dawn.

So, to answer your question, I think that Stephenie Meyer killing off the Cullens is a rumor.
