Twin Baby Names (again)?

Question

I asked a question a while back, trying to choose names for my older friend's impending twins. I ended up choosing Charlie and Eve, but I'm having some doubts. So... I have another round of choices:

Girls: Eve, Rosalie, Vivian, Everest, Siobhan (Shuh-vahn), or Emmeline

Boys: Victor, Charlie, Emmett, Conrad, Edward, James, or Evan

I love love love the name Emmeline. Siobhan is my second favorite.

For boys I really like Emmet. Evan and James are second favorite.

Everest- 6/10

Siobhan- 6/10 because it is too hard to pronounce

Emmeline- 8.5/10

Victor- 4/10

James- 5/10 too common

How about Evan for a girl. Spelled: Evyne

How about Evyne and Elliot? I love "E" names.
