Twin Towers attack discription?

I need to write a description of what it would have been like if i were a witness to the attack such as sounds, sights, smells stuff like that. Described as if I were there. can someone.

please help me with that?

Ask President Bush.  He claimed he saw the attack on the first tower on the television on the morning of September 11, before such footage existed.

He didn't just mis-speak----he was detailed about what he "saw".
