Twin boy names??

Question

I thought i was going to have one baby boy but then the docter saw that i was having twins, and me and my husband are stuck on boy names. I have three girls and two boys and then my twin boys.My girls are Leyna , Rose ,Gianna, and my boys are Antonio and Vincenzo. Yes i am italian.My husbands name is Paul but he doesnt want to call his son Paul jr.
