Twinhead laptop

Hi!Ihave got a Twinhead P88Tremic laptop and try as I may I cannot put an operating system in to it. I have connected an external cd to it to install windows but after the floppy is running it says it can't find files and mentions oak technoligy.I believe this is the driver for the cd rom.Any one know a way to do this please.Stutheboat
