  1. some also called it topspin serve. usually you toss the ball a bit to the front for flat serve. now change that a bit. toss the ball to above and behind your head. you need to position the ball so that you can swipe it with your racquet. assuming you're a righty, the ball need to be swept from about 7-8 o'clock to 1-2 o'clock position. another difference is the forward swing. flat serve, you swing forward and hit the ball square. for spin serve, you swing more to the side then to the front. this will enable your racquet strings brush the ball first, then force the ball forward. you may aim a bit higher over the net because the spin will help bringing the ball down more quickly.

as you told that you can produce the heavy slice, it happened because you brush the right side of the ball (the 1 o'clock - 5 o'clock slice of the ball) from behind. try brushing more from 7/8 to 1/2 o'clock so your swing looks more sideways and to the front.

practice a lot and hope it helps :)

  2. toss the ball really high, bend your knees, jump a 360, then hit it as hard as you can

  3. Toss it a bit behind your head, hit it up high, and think about rubbing the fuzz off the ball as you follow through. Good luck!  And it takes a LOT of practice to master.

  4. its objective is with a different angle after it bounce... you should practice a lot.. it needs patience...

  5. Toss the ball behind your head more and try to swing from like a 8 oclock to 2 oclock position.
