Well im a runner and we hav a meet on Sat. and i twisted my ankle on Sunday.....

How do i get it ready to run at the meet by Sat.???

  1. Put your feet up and iced 10mins each time.  Ankle support bandage will help to keep the swell down. Take Ibuprofine or similar analgesia, paracetamol,panadol etc.  


  2. U need to rest your leg & keep it elevated. Use thermal therapy sock to improve circulation for faster healing as well as prevent reinjury when u train again.

  3. Go to the doctor? Or stay in bed and put lots of ice on it.
