Twisted foot but living daily life? Stupid?

Hi. i did it. is it stupid to live daily life? i got a brace for foot. waste of money? why or why not? no joke. thanks!

Depends how bad it is. I twisted my ankle pretty bad once, and I walked around on it for a long time. But the swelling didn't go away for quite a few months. I say just wear the brace and only walk on it for a limited amount of time. But talk to your doctor to make sure.

It really depends on how severe the twist is.  I've twisted my ankle more times that I can remember (dance, gymnastics, cheer, etc) and sometimes I wrap it in an ace bandage and call it good, other times I have needed a brace.  Talk to a doctor and see what s/he says.
