Lately, my eyelid has been twitching - I wear my glasses when I need to. Could it be stress? I have had a few things over the past week that have made me really anxious. Your thoughts?

  1. Yes, stress can cause this, but also a nerve may be irritated in that area.  I have a similar problem and get Botox injections every 3 months to control the twitch.  I works pretty good. Make sure your doctor injections both sides of your face to keep it even.

  2. Well, it could be stress (or maybe too much coffee), but it could also be a symptom for some sort of a neurological problem. I recomment seeing an optometrist or a neurologist, just to make sure. It's probably just stress or something non-severe, but you can never be too safe :)

  3. this is a caffeine overdose  it happens when you have to much caffeine it will twitch because of to much caffeine

  4. i hate when that happens..it's stress!!
