Are two-a-days as hard as everybody says they are? This year there are 3 weeks of them. Im an incoming 9th grader. People say they are hard. I'm really nervous. Every time I think about it I like get a little sick. 2-A-Days are tomorrow. I think they are gonna be soooo hard. I've been working out everyday since july 1, but i still dont think its gonna be good enough.

  1. Dont wry they can b hard sometimes but i think that they are really fun its better then sitting at home getting fat

  2. wait whats a 2-a-day?

  3. IM AN INCOMING 9TH GRADER AS WELL. we start 2 a days after tryout whih are this week. the upperclassmen say they can be hard. but i think they might be fun. if you really love volleyball, then playing it for several hours a day should be fun. but we also have to condition during the two a days. that i think will be the hard part. i hope it goes well for you. work hard, but remeber, its just a game and have fun. good luck!!

  4. Hey don't worry two-a-days are not that hard i have done them and i am not a fast runner, just during your break make sure you eat, hydrate yourself, and relax! (don't worry, i had two-a-days one time and during our hourbreak i ended up running/walking 11/2 miles and i still didnt have a problem)

  5. For volleyball, I don't think they're going to be tough like everyone says. I've always heard the football two-a-days were brutal. Anyways, volleyball is not quite as tough as that and personally I would love if my team had two-a-days. If you've been working out like you say, I think you're going to be perfect. I don't know how your school runs their conditionings but I doubt it's going to be even as tough as you've been working out so you should be in great shape for it and one of the faster girls or at least have more endurance.

  6. seriously dont worry about them, they arent that bad im guessing lots of conditioning and im assuming you have an air conditioned gym, we dont! so your lucky, but it really does depend on what your coach does for instance we do testing like our vertical and everything then we do stations  you should be fine its just tiring

  7. You will have to push yourself and challenge yourself. But they are not as bad as you think they are. Keep a positive attitude all day, and cheer on your team mates. When everyone is yelling and cheering and having a good time, those practices go by very fast!! Good luck!

  8. dont worry they arent that bad the worse part is just having to come back to practice the practice its self is just like a regular one
