Two Alltel questions?

im thinking about switching to alltel so my questions are..

~how can i find out where i would begin roaming outside of my area?

~for the my circle does that include free calling and text or just free calling?

My circle does include free texting, they recently announced to customers in their august bill.

If you sign up for the National Plan there are no roaming fees. My circle numbers are not for texting just free calling. You can add free texting for $19.99 a month.
